Terms of Service

1. Research use only

All products sold by AminoLabs are intended solely for in vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not for human or veterinary consumption.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or an authorized representative of a research institution to purchase from AminoLabs. By placing an order you confirm that all products will be used strictly for laboratory research.

3. Orders & payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and inventory availability. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Payment is captured at the time of order for one-time purchases and at each restock date for subscriptions.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically at the selected cadence (30, 45, or 60 days) until paused, skipped, or cancelled from your account. Membership charges (AminoLabs+) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to administer AminoLabs products to humans or animals, resell them for consumption, or misrepresent their intended purpose. Violation of these terms voids all warranties and terminates your ability to purchase from AminoLabs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AminoLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from misuse of our products. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AminoLabs is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
