Processing & delivery

Orders ship from US-based inventory within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Standard transit is 5–7 business days. AminoLabs+ members receive free expedited shipping on all orders.

Cold-chain packaging

Every shipment is packed with insulation and cold packs sized to preserve compound integrity through standard transit windows. Vials are individually cushioned.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed the moment a label prints. Subscription restocks reuse your saved address unless you change it before the cycle date.

Damaged or missing

If a shipment arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 14 business days, email support@aminolabs.example with your order number. We replace damaged or lost shipments free of charge.

Refunds

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research peptides, we do not accept returns of opened or unsealed vials. Unopened, sealed vials in original packaging may be refunded within 14 days of delivery, minus shipping. Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime from your account with no fee.

International

We currently ship within the United States only. International availability will be announced when live.
